I’ll try to keep on track my food intake, too much binges ):
Breakfast
-Green apple
-One kiwi
-1/4 cup overnight oatmeal with flax seeds
-1 handful almonds
Morning snack: Green smoothie (spinach, banana and kiwis)
Lunch
-Couliflower, tomato and avocado salad with almonds
-Brown rice with chickpea hamburger and mustard.
I want to try something new as I have hit a plateau, I love this plan and hope you will too. :)
